I liked how considerate he was of my work schedule and how he touched base with me mostly via email, allowing me to return contact when it was possible for me. In addition to this, he was so helpful in staying on track with paperwork, and a few times took the time to send me a professional text message during reasonable hours, to continue moving forward with the process. I also would like to acknowledge Lejla for informing me of the option of having someone take documents to a location that was convenient for me if necessary.
