Mountain West Financial, Inc. Wins National Award as Top Mortgage Employer

Mountain West Financial, Inc. proudly announces their award as Top Mortgage Employer on the inaugural list by National Mortgage Professional Magazine for the 3^rd consecutive year. This list came as the result of a poll from readers based on the following criteria: compensation, corporate culture, training resources, speed, long-term strategy, industry participation, marketing support, day-to-day management, innovation, technology, and internal communication. Based on those criteria, National Mortgage Professional surveyed originators nationwide to determine a Mortgage Employer Company Score (MECS) for each company. The results were assimilated and broken down into National and Regional categories. “We here at Mountain West Financial work hard to create a family environment and do everything possible to support our employees. We have been honored to receive the Top Mortgage Employer award by National Mortgage Professional Magazine for the 3^rd consecutive year.
